Brioche geniuses for burger geniuses

From the factory to your burger

  1. Natural raw ingredients to knead artisan brioche bread
    01

    The best raw ingredients

We only use natural ingredients in our processes. Our brioche is made with butter, which gives the bread exceptional quality.

  2. Kneading the brioche dough at the artisan factory
    02

    Kneading

We achieve a dough with tension and structure, which lets us obtain a final product of the highest quality.

  3. Rounding and fermentation of the brioche bread pieces
    03

    Rounding and fermentation

Every piece comes with the right weight and size so the brioche turns out uniform, box after box.

  4. Baking the brioche in cyclothermic ovens
    04

    Baking

We have latest-generation cyclothermic ovens. This lets us adapt to the needs of each of the brioches we make, according to its structure.

  5. Slicing and packaging of the brioche bread in a protective atmosphere
    05

    Slicing and packaging

We slice our brioches before packaging so you can have the most consistent product possible, and we pack them in flowpack of 4 buns (6 in the HIGH), which is a protective atmosphere pack so your buns always arrive soft and never arrive crushed, extending their shelf life.

  6. Briox brioche burger bun assembled in a burger
    06

    Your burger, perfect

Soft, light and firm. It goes with the meat and the sauces without ever falling apart.

Frequently asked questions

How do I see the catalogue?

Go into the portal and you can see it all without creating an account: photos, spec sheets and units per box. Prices appear once you sign in with yours.

How do I order samples?

The portal has a samples category and anyone can order from it, whether you have a business or not. What you pay for them comes back as credit towards your next order, and you have 60 days to use it.

How do I place an order?

You go into the portal, create your account and order. It makes no difference whether it is for your business or for home: signing up is the same.

How do I store the brioche?

Our bread lasts 15 days at ambient temperature and up to 6 months frozen.

How long does it take to arrive?

For the mainland the usual time is 48 working hours after leaving our facilities.

Do I need to download an app?

No need to install anything: you order from your browser, in our customer portal. From there you also manage your invoices.

Do you deliver to the islands?

Yes. We deliver to the Canary Islands (with one of the best distributors in the area) and to the Balearic Islands. Because of the geographical nature of these locations, the delivery time may increase slightly.
